Beautiful Bungalow

The owners of this well-kept bungalow on the near west side wanted to update the original bathroom, circa 1920, to create more of a guest bath and first floor powder room. Careful tile selection and attention to just how many inches were available in the small space, resulted in an interesting, functional, attractive space. Natural light and air flow was retained in the shower by using a water proof awning window.

West Side Redo

Many homes built in the early 80's have what we now consider to be undersized master bathrooms with a tub/shower configuration. In both the following projects, owners chose to replace the tub with walk-in showers. One has a composite material on both the shower walls and floor, the other has tile walls and floor.
